Commission TOS

Will Draw: Ferals, Humans, Anthro, canon characters, concept expressions
Won't Draw: Mechas, NSFW(unless you approach with 10k I probably won’t draw it), Heavy goreYou are allowed three rounds of any changes, but any more requires an additional payment. To secure your spot and to avoid future complications, I need half of the payment once the sketch is finished. I cannot work on the piece until that first transaction is complete. You can transfer the other half when the commission is complete. Payments through Paypal or Cashapp.-TOS-
“Terms of service” is very tedious but necessary with these things. It’s just a brief set of rules so that we don’t have to deal with problems in the long run! :D- You must read EVERYTHING before asking for a commission (i won't take that long I promise.)
You are allowed to use the commission as you wish. You paid for it after all! No need to credit me, however it’s always appreciated.
- I also have the right to use the commission for portfolios and examples.
-I have the right to refuse your commission for my personal reasons.
-Refunds are not allowed once the sketch is confirmed, though you do have a few chances to suggest changes to the piece. Any major changes beyond the sketch phase will be charged.
-Half of the payment is required after the sketch is complete, you can pay the rest once the piece is finished.
-I will send you progression pictures to keep you updated and check if you are still interested. You do not have to respond right away, but within a month of no feedback I reserve the right to not complete the commission and move on.
-I are not allowed extra alts
-I will not work off of description, a design or concept will be required unless it is concept work.That’s all! Thank you for your support and time!
